Outside of the property is untidy, drive is full of rubbish and weeds. On arrival the house didn't have much kerb appeal unfortunately. House itself was reasonably comfortable but the kitchen lacked enough saucepans and cooking implements. No toaster although the cooker had a grill it was not the best option with 6 people to cater for. Unfortunately it didn't have the usual finishing touches we've become used to. Everyone had a different sized bath towel and some were extremely small, no individual hand towels although there were hand towels in all of the bathrooms. The ensuite was good but the step into it was quite high and it would've been helpful to have a handle on the inside to help close the door. I couldn't open any of the windows in that bedroom, might be that I wasn't doing the right thing to open them. Living room was comfortable but we needed more cushions as the settees went back a long way. Overall it was slightly disappointing but a little more care in setting it up for guests would improve the experience. On the plus side we did manage to get 3 family sized cars on the drive.

Nice place to stay between both beaches and easy to get into town.

A house with plenty of space for everyone. Clean, warm, and ideally placed to walk to the North or South beach and into town. We enjoyed our two Christmas and New Year weeks immensely. Any queries and the landlord is easy to contact and prompt to solve. Lovely.
