Eight of us, old friends catching up annually, stayed at Orpington Cottage. Honestly, it was great funand we found very little to complain about. The best part? Those lovely hens giving us fresh eggs every morning! Definitely a trip to remember.

What a fantastic weekend! We hosted a family celebration for an anniversary and it couldn't have gone better. The weather was on our side, which was a bonus. We had a fantastic time at Village Farms! Staying in the Orpington suited our big family perfectly, especially with everyone having their own bathrooms - such a relief. Loved the little details like the branded bathrobes, made us feel a bit fancy. It's our fourth visitand we're already planning the next. Huge thanks to Jim and Phil for their warm welcome; they really made us feel at home. Can't wait to come back!

Charlotte

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and surprisingly roomy. The bedrooms were huge, with plenty of storage and hangers, making unpacking a breeze. Beds were super comfy with lovely beddingand the fluffy towels and robes were a nice touch. The lounge was spacious and cosy. Definitely one of the best cottages we've been toand the village was so peaceful and pretty.

Karen

A beautifully appointed holiday home. A lovely rural village setting yet only 5 minutes drive from the A1. Would recommend the Nags Head for an amazing Chinese takeout. (2 minutes drive to next village). Our 3 year old grandson loved collecting fresh eggs from the hens. Bird of Prey centre in Thirsk well worth a visit. Thoroughly enjoyed our week

Janice

Amazingly comfortable and spacious. Owner very helpful and welcoming
