Hill Top Farm is a restored Yorkshire stone property in Askrigg, right in the heart of Wensleydale. This impressive cottage sleeps 22 guests across 11 bedrooms. Perfect for large family gatherings or group celebrations. The games room features a pool table and bar area with jukebox. There's also a cinema room and gym. The Great Hall has a wood burning stove and seats 11 people.

Rolling hills surround the property. Panoramic views stretch across the Yorkshire Dales. The extensive gardens have various seating areas. A giant chess set and garden swing sit in the grounds.

The main house has five bedrooms. Bedroom One has a 5' king-size bed. Bedrooms Two and Five have 4'6 double beds. Bedroom Three has a 4'6 double bed. Bedroom Four has two 3' single beds. The lower ground floor holds Bedroom Six (4'6 double) and Bedroom Seven (twin 3' singles). Three separate suites complete the accommodation: Wensleydale Suite, Swaledale Suite and Aysgarth Suite. All 11 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The kitchen has a large Aga, two dishwashers and two Smeg fridges. The dining room seats 14 guests.

Hawes market town is 5 minutes away. Hardraw Force waterfall makes a great day out (2 miles, 6 minutes). Wensleydale Creamery Visitors Centre is nearby (3 miles, 8 minutes). The Forbidden Corner attracts families (12 miles, 20 minutes). Aysgarth Falls offers walks and picnic spots (8 miles, 15 minutes).
