On arrival, there was a strong smell of bleach which couldn't disguise the smell of dogs. The bleach bottle had been left on the wall. It quickly became apparent that every carpet, in every room, in the house, was thick with dog hairs. The vacuum provided was not up to that sort of task. Also, the property was dusty and had lots of cobwebs. If dogs are going to be allowed throughout the house, the cleaners need to spend time doing their job.

Wagtails is superbly located, a very short walk to the beach and cafe facilities. It is very well presented and has 99.9 of everything you need. Condition of everything is good. It is a pet friendly property and if you are scrupulous about pet hair then think about that. There were inevitably traces left when we arrived. The neighbours are lovely and very helpful. Parking is perfect for 2 cars but the road does get filled by day beach parkers so manoeuvring past them requires care. The back yard is a great asset for alfresco dining and open air drying. There is plenty of hot water for showers. The internet can be a little temperamental.

Lovely spacious house, clean and comfortable. Downsides are you cannot seem to get normal tv channels, a couple of light bulbs weren't working. No welcome pack, milk, tea bags etc which would have been a nice gesture.

Wagtails is minutes from the beach, several lovely cafes for lunch, and excellent pub and some lovely little shops. The house is very well maintained, beautiful conservatory and patio. We loved it so much we have booked for next year.

Wagtails is a lovely property. It is beautifully decorated, has all the facilities you need and is wellmaintained. The location 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes is excellent. It was just perfect for a seaside holiday with our extended family. And it is great for young children, with the sun room and enclosed garden making a great space for relaxing while they play.

A lovely house, exactly as described. Perfect for our family gathering or 3 couples, 2 children and an infant. Short walk to beach, cafes and lovely pub. Sea views from some windows and even saw the deer in the field at the rear. House was warm and cosy. Instructions in the welcome book, for the car fire in the lounge, are not correct, needs an extra click anti clockwise once the pilot light has lit we got it working makingvthe lounge cosy at night. Bedding and towel all lovely and beds comfortable note to a hand towel left in the downstairs toilet would be a nice addition. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. We will be back. Hopefully we will he back.

A lovely bright and spacious house in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. Minor point we couldnt get the gas fire to work and there were no instructions so were a little cool in the evenings in the sitting room. Otherwise, pretty perfect!

A very beautiful property with plenty of space and wonderful welcome pack . Decorated to a high standard . Good position close to the sea frost . All that being said . The house keeper had left dirty towels in the cupboard in the main bathroom . The extractor fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work ..THe light did not work above the mirror in the down stairs toilet . The light out side did not work .And it would have been nice to have some heat as was very autumnal First floor bedroom at the front also had a stain on the carpet which was their when we arrived . But we loved the property . If all the little things had been attended to, the property would have been have scored a 10 . Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beautiful your home . PS THE BABY PIGEONS IN TREE NEXT DOOR WERE GROWING DAILY XX

The house was beautiful, very well equipped and in a lovely quiet location, the welcome pack was very much appreciated 1010. House was spotlessly clean on arrival and was perfect for both us and the dog, would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family .

We had a couple of minor issues these were resolved, by visiting tradesmen, within a couple of hours. Excellent service, from all involved Weve already rebooked for next year I think that says it all!
