Stonesdale, Hawes

Stonesdale is a large group cottage in Keld, deep in Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This is a proper countryside escape for bigger groups who want space, fresh air and real Yorkshire landscape on the doorstep. It sits at the head of Swaledale, one of the most spectacular valleys in the Dales.

The setting here is genuinely impressive. Keld is a tiny hamlet surrounded by open moorland, limestone walls and fast-flowing becks. The Pennine Way and Coast to Coast walk both pass through Keld, making this a brilliant base for walking groups.
